ORO 24 - A 24 hours watch with classic hands

Abstract of patent no. CH 1997 0496/97 patent pending

Dial divied in 24 subdivisions with 24 numerals, rotating clockwise at a speed of one rotation in 24 hours, with normal turning hour and minute hands.
Eventually twelve hour figures or numerals (also Roman) placed outside or inside the dial on a fix part of the watch or on the glass, in order to make the usual reading of the time easier, and for the view in the darkness.

Benefit:
Habitual representation of time with hands, with the advantage to see at the same time also the 24 hours.



Usage as a compass

If you turn the 12 towards the sun, the wristband points towards North.
